Our Return Policy

We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal of making our customers happy. We stand behind our goods and services, and want customers to be satisfied with them. We’ll always do our best to take care of customers – our philosophy is to deal with them fairly and reasonably. We have long believed that when we treat our customers fairly, they in turn are fair with us.

EXCHANGES

I GLADLY ACCEPT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you have any questions about the item, we recommend that you contact the our before purchasing. A conversation beforehand can sufficiently reduce the potential time, energy and expenses needed for the refund and exchange process.
Refund requests should be made within 14 days after receiving the order.
Our reserve the right to decline refund requests for the following product types: Customized products.

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS CAN’T BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for: Custom or personalized orders, Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
